A forced cancellation by Chinese authorities of an Israeli exhibit about Albert Einstein, because of the physicist's Jewish identity made a desperate Israeli official reason: "Ironically, Einstein is regarded by every Chinese person as a symbol of Jewish cleverness, together with Freud and Karl Marx". To this the Chinese official responded, 'Well, then, you don't need to say he's Jewish'. This incidence follows another incident where Chinese served pork and shrimps to Israeli delegation to punish their country for an arms deal, that went sour. To top it all China mantains that any failure to resolve the issue would be entirely, Israel's responsibility. The Telegraph

Even though Pope John Paul II's health was a challenge, he did his best to revive hundreds of thousands of Catholic youths who had gathered from all over the world to see their religious leader.
