Zechariah 14:9"And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one."
It really disturbs me to see how the enemy uses unity to marry the church to the world, all that is needed is compromise and taking God's Word out of context.
I have begun to wonder just who is directing the church today, since Jesus will never be joined together with those who misrepresent Him or just use His name to promote their own agenda which is what I see today, seeing many who claim Jesus to be Lord but in fact is another Jesus and another gospel and that is what the 'unity movement' seeks to join us with.
The church that Jesus established is already one body, only man has divided or changed the order of things in such a way that man is elevated to be gods and God brought to the level of man.
There is no such thing as a super saint and yet we see self proclaimed super saints seeking to direct the affairs of the church and how to be united according to how they have outlined the program to accomplish this, just return to the church of Rome rather than the church of Jesus.
The new order for the church today is how it is expressed in Romans 1: 25 "Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen."
In this one verse we see the program of satan, honor Jesus but keep him out on the porch so that we can unite with what has polluted the church and the gospel.
Humanism is the new world religion of that 'Man of Sin' and 'False Prophet' and that is what we are being moved towards by people deceived into thinking that this is God's program, dream and agenda.

That day isn't here yet and it won't start until all things are under the feet of Jesus, Hebrews 2:8 "Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him."
Can read Revelation 20 to see the program that so many are trying to act out today to have that Kingdom Now. Read it for yourself, satan is not bound. He is alive and well on planet earth, deceiving the nations and the church.
